Couples Therapy for Neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ & ENM Relationships

Hi, I’m Shannon. I’m glad you’re here.

Every relationship has its own language, rhythms and ways of being together. I don’t believe therapy should measure yours against somebody else’s idea of what a relationship ought to look like.

Whether you’re neurodivergent or neurotypical, LGBTQ+/GSRD or cishet, monogamous, polyamorous, open or ENM, I want to understand how your relationship works for you, where things have become difficult, and what you both want from here.

You can understand each other better without either of you having to become someone else.

How I Can Support You

I offer online couples therapy and relationship counselling for people who want to understand each other better, change patterns that keep repeating, and feel more connected in the relationship they already have.

I work particularly with couples where one or both partners are neurodivergent, including ADHD, autistic and AuDHD relationships, as well as LGBTQ+/GSRD relationships and people in polyamorous, open, ENM and other consensually non-monogamous relationships.

About Me

I believe good therapy starts with being genuinely interested in the person in front of you. Not just what has brought you to therapy, but who you are, what has shaped you and how you experience the world.

My own experiences, alongside my training and years of working with neurodivergent and disabled people, have shaped the therapist I am today. They’ve made me particularly interested in difference, identity, accessibility and the importance of not making assumptions about another person’s experience.
