Therapy in Manchester and Online Across the UK

Therapy for the brilliant, the burnt out, and the barely holding it together.

What you’ve had to hide to survive, belong, or be understood is welcome here.

Hi, I’m Tayler.

Tayler Remi, a neurodivergent trauma therapist, smiling at the camera with long wavy brown hair, wearing a black floral dress and showing arm tattoos.

Like many of the people I work with, I know how it feels to move through the world feeling unseen, misread, or out of step. That’s part of what brought me to this work - and part of why I hold the space the way I do.

I offer online therapy across the UK and in-person psychotherapy in Manchester. You don’t have to tidy yourself up here; we can laugh, rage, grieve, unravel - you can just show up in whatever shape you’re in.

This is a space for what’s real, where we honour your pacing, meet your nervous system with care, and welcome every version of you. Bring all the parts you’ve been carrying: the ones you show the world, and the ones you’ve learned to hide.

What we can explore together

You might come here knowing exactly what you want support with. Or it might be something harder to name - the sense that you’re stuck, overwhelmed, or no longer sure who you are or where you belong.

I’m here to sit with every aspect of being human in a complex world - from the challenges of worry, stress, burnout, anger, or perfectionism to deeper struggles like anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, autistic burnout, and complex PTSD.

If you’re curious, you can click on each icon below to explore these areas in more depth. Each one will take you to its own page, where I share more about how I work, what experiences often show up there, and what kind of support I offer.

Nothing is too big or too small to bring here. Whether it’s a quiet undercurrent or something that’s shaking your whole world, we can slow down together and untangle what’s underneath.

My approach

I offer person-centred, integrative psychotherapy grounded in warmth, honesty, and deep care - with full respect for your autonomy, boundaries, and pace. This is trauma-aware, inclusive work, where you don’t have to mask or shrink to be supported.

Whether you arrive with clear questions or quiet uncertainty, I’ll meet you as you are, not as a set of symptoms to fix.

Together, we can explore what’s underneath: patterns, identities, longings, and survival strategies. That might include general counselling, trauma-informed support, IFS-style parts work, or space to reflect on autism, ADHD, or the shape of the roles you’ve had to play. We’ll move at a pace that supports your nervous system, not overwhelms it.

You can learn more about how I work on the FAQ page, or explore my therapy specialisms to see what kind of support feels right for you.

Whenever you’re ready, here’s where to start.
